Was it daunting to suddenly be live in 98 markets? And would you advise taking this approach or ramping up more slowly? we'd love to hear your perspective, Richard. it's a good question, personally, and I think for us as a brand, we were quite excited, to turn that on overnight.
we had launched in six countries. So we, already dipped into that. to go live in 98 markets was really exciting. It was exciting to see the first orders coming through. but it comes down to you as a business, if it's the first time.
That you've done it, then just switch on in a couple. I know Glopal has a functionality to switch on, so you can do it at country level, do it in batches of five. we turned on all 98 markets, that were available to us, that we wanted at the time.
then it was just the paid advertising that we ramped up slowly. that allowed us to really concentrate and grow on core markets and see that organic and start to bring them into it. things like the delivery as well. You can have nasty surprises with sales taxes, duties, and having difficulties getting into some countries as well.
I think to take that sort of approach would allow that, without having an influx of voters from one specific country
