Grow cross-border sales

Grow international sales in the markets you already ship to.

Global‑e gets the parcel out the door. It doesn't win the sale. Your site's in English, you market in a few places, and the rest is traffic that lands and leaves. Glopal adds the growth layer on top of what you already run: localised, search-ready stores and local-language ads, so the markets you already reach finally grow.

The job nobody's doing

Global‑e ships your orders. It doesn't win them.

It gets the parcel out the door and handles the checkout, the tax, the duty. None of that wins you the sale. So you ship to a hundred countries and really sell in a handful: the site speaks English, you run ads in a market or two, and everywhere else is organic traffic that lands and leaves. The growth is already sitting there. You just never get round to it, because localising the store and running local ads by hand is a whole job your team doesn't have.

01Reach

Turn the markets you already reach into revenue.

You ship to dozens of countries. Most of them just tick over on residual traffic you never market to. Glopal localises your store and runs local-language ads where that demand already shows up, so those markets start actually selling. It's growth from countries you already serve, with none of the risk of opening somewhere new.

In every market you already ship to, traffic arrives, but revenue only follows in the few you market to in-language.
The same product, the same photograph, in three markets: every string, price format and duty line set in the market's own language rather than English.
02Language

Get found, and trusted, in their language.

A shopper in Germany who lands on an English page bounces. They don't trust it, and they were never going to search for you in English to begin with. Run an Italian ad to an English site and you're just burning budget. Glopal gives you native, search-ready stores in 48 languages, and ads in the language of the page they land on. You show up in local search, and keep the visitors English was quietly losing.

03Autopilot

Growth on autopilot, not a manual chore.

Translating the store, the blog and every campaign by hand is a relentless drain, and it was never the growth team's job. Glopal keeps your pages, content and ads localised and in sync, with people checking the quality where it matters. You add markets without hiring for it, or pulling the team off the work that actually moves the number.

Localisation kept in sync: when a page, a journal post or a campaign changes, all six markets update with it instead of drifting out of date.
The stack after Glopal: your store underneath, Global‑e still handling fulfilment, checkout and tax, and Glopal added on top as the growth layer. Nothing below it moves.
04Bolt-on

Add the growth layer. Keep your stack.

You don't want to rip out Global‑e, your payments or your tax setup, and you don't have to. Glopal is modular. Global‑e keeps doing fulfilment, checkout and tax. Glopal adds the demand on top. Start with a couple of markets, scale the ones that work. Growth upside, none of the disruption of a switch.

How it fits

Add the growth layer. Change nothing else.

Glopal is a bolt-on, not a replatform. Your current setup keeps doing its job. Glopal adds the part it was never built to do.

Global‑e keeps doing
Fulfilment and shipping
Checkout and payments
Tax, VAT and duties
Returns and the parts that already work
Glopal adds
Localised, search-ready stores
Local-language Google and Meta ads
48-language translation, kept in sync
A market-by-market read of where to grow next
Three ways to do this

Most brands try one of three things

Cost aside, it comes down to how the growth gets done, and whether it lasts.

Glopal
DIY or an agency
Leave it to organic
Getting found locally
Indexed stores, ads in-language
Possible, but slow to build
Only whoever finds you in English
Staying in sync
Pages and ads update together
Drifts the moment you ship a change
Nothing to keep in sync
Team load
Runs in the background
Eats the growth team, or a retainer
None, and no growth either
Your stack
Bolts on, keep Global‑e
Another tool and process to run
Unchanged

Questions, answered

What growth teams ask before adding Glopal

Do we have to leave Global‑e to use Glopal?

No. Glopal bolts on top of what you already run. Global‑e keeps doing fulfilment, checkout, tax and duties. Glopal adds the demand side it was never built for: localised stores, local search and local-language ads. Nothing gets ripped out.

Isn't this just translating our store?

Translation is the smallest part. Each language gets its own indexed store that Google can find, ads in that language pointing at it, and a read of which markets already show demand. A translation widget gives you none of that, which is why widget-translated stores don't rank.

Will this be a replatform or a big project?

No. Nothing in your current stack moves. We connect to the store you have, launch a couple of markets first, and scale the ones that work. Most brands are live in their first new market within days.

How is this different from an agency or doing it in-house?

An agency or your own team can localise a store once. Keeping every page, product and campaign in sync across markets is the part that quietly dies. Glopal keeps it in sync, with people checking quality where it matters, and it runs in the background rather than eating the growth team's week.

Which markets should we start with?

The ones already showing demand, not the biggest. Across 54 of our merchants, Germany, France and the UK gave back the least growth per advertising dollar; Spain grew 34 percent. We'll show you where your own traffic is already coming from and start there.

What if we actually want to replace Global‑e?

That's a different conversation, and a different page. If the issue is cost, control or reconciling the bill rather than growth, see the Global‑e alternative.

Still deciding whether this is a growth problem or a cost problem? Read the Global‑e alternative page.
